What is a Patient Ready Simulation?
A Patient Ready Simulation is a smile preview you can share with patients. Each simulation allows you to capture a patient photo, apply AI-powered smile transformations, and generate a shareable preview link.
How do credits work?
Credits are used when you create a Patient Ready Simulation. Your monthly allocation refreshes each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. If you need more, overage rates apply or you can upgrade your plan.
Can I add more team members?
Yes. Each plan includes a base number of seats. Additional seats can be added at any time and come with bonus monthly credits. See the pricing cards for per-seat costs.
How do I get started?
Simply register for an account, choose your plan, and start creating smile simulations right away. No long-term contracts required.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
If you use all your monthly credits, you can continue creating simulations at the overage rate listed on your plan. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan for better per-simulation pricing.
Is Xadia HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All plans include HIPAA compliant infrastructure. Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts required.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. For DSOs, large practices, or organizations with custom requirements, contact us for tailored enterprise pricing with volume discounts and dedicated support.
